There will be a dedicated Project Manager to handle your account ensuring that processes in order to deliver your project in time are attained in an efficient and effective manner. The role of the Project Manager includes establishing, developing, maintaining tasks and dev team deadlines.
Legal documents include Terms of Services, Scope and Limitations, and Contract. These documents must be signed by the representative of both parties.
Sitemap and Design Proposal Agreement, Project Briefing, Checklist, Calendar and Timeline are the pre-development forms that are significant to both parties. Project Briefing, Checklist, Timeline will specify all the items included in the signed contract. These will be submitted to development team and serve as their guide in creating the project.
Delivery Acknowledgement Form and Turnover Sheet are post-development documents that are given to the clients for their approval or acceptance of the project during handover. By signing these documents, client agrees that the project has been completely delivered.
